Pebble supports brief reflection about movement, food, sleep, and screen-time habits. Automated safeguards help keep it on topic, but Pebble is not a person, medical professional, or emergency service.
The app collects account details, goals, logs, reflections, and the service data described in the Privacy Policy. It does not request contacts, location, photos, or advertising identifiers.
A parent or legal guardian must complete the account-consent process for ages 7–12. Users ages 13–17 complete their own account affirmation. Final revised consent language requires LSU approval before launch.
No. Ordinary app use is independent of research participation. The LSU IRB study has separate eligibility, parental consent, and child-assent steps.
No. ProudMe supports awareness, learning, and reflection; it does not block apps, filter the web, or enforce device time limits.
Use Settings → Delete Account in the app. A successful request removes linked live account data as part of the request. The Privacy Policy explains the limited research-compliance records that may remain de-identified or pseudonymized.
